Relax in this quiet and elegant vacation rental located 15 minutes south of Orléans, surrounded by nature in a beautiful setting, near the banks of the Loire River and the châteaux of the Loire Valley.

The Property
The 145 m² house is laid out as follows: On the first floor, a large living area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a master suite with its own bathroom. Upstairs, 3 additional bedrooms, each 13 m² (with 140-cm beds), and a shower room.
Outside, there is a 1,200 m² garden featuring several terraces that offer either sun or shade, depending on your preference.
The property faces southwest and overlooks a 2-hectare animal pasture (horses, sheep, dwarf goats, and chickens).

Summary: Really modern and comfortable house in the countryside with a nice swimming pool and green view. Nice to relax and enjoy a good book sitting on the chairs in the garden. Great shower, cooking island and wifi. 10 minutes walk from the Loire and close to Orleans.
